FAQ
How many tickets are available?
Tickets are very limited as we are only a small event, there will be a total of 800 tickets available for general sale.
Will there be any day tickets?
Due to limited capacity of this years’ event we are not currently offering day tickets, however we may be able to release a limited number of day tickets in the weeks prior to the event, the availability will depend on overall ticket number/sales
Are dogs allowed?
After discussing this issue with the landowner, it has been agreed that in order for dogs to be allowed, we will have to keep their numbers limited.
-First and foremost, please don't bring your dog unless you have no other option, this is a people party. So if you can get a dog sitter for the weekend, then please do so. We understand that this isn't an option for everyone, so if they must come with you, then please abide to the following;
-Dogs will be not be allowed to stay in tents/camping. Dogs are only allowed to stay in camper vans and live-in vehicles only (subject to a small charge), you will be camping in a designated area and the dog must remain in the assigned areas at all times.
-Absolutely no dogs are allowed to be walked or kept in the tent camping area.
-Strictly no dogs allowed in the main arena.
-Dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times and all dog poo promptly picked up and binned in an assigned bin.
-If we at any point feel that a dogs welfare is at risk, or if we believe a dog to be a risk or nuisance to others, you and your dog will regrettably be asked to leave site.
-You will need to purchase a dog pass - which is tied to the purchase of a camper ticket.
this is to enable us to know who will be bringing their dog, and to pay for the dedicated bins.
-There are only 25 dog passes available, once they are sold out we won't be able to allow any more on site
We have to be pretty strict on this to enable us to welcome dogs this year and in future years too. We hope you will work with us to ensure all can have a safe and enjoyable time.

Whilst we won’t be allowing fires in the campsite, we encourage you to gather round and enjoy the fire pit in the main arena, bring your guitar etc, meet new friends.
Contained fires are allowed (Log burner) provided it has a closable door and a chimney that extends above 2metres from the ground.
Can I have a BBQ?
BBQs will be allowed provided they are off the ground and well away from any tent and 3metres from any vehicle. Attended at all times and kept well away from all gas canisters and cookers, camping stewards will put out any BBQ that is not off the ground.
Is there disability access?
While we strive to be as inclusive as possible, we are only a small event with limited abilty to provide the amenities that larger events might. Therefore please remember this is a farmers field that may well get muddy and make wheelchair access harder. It is a mostly flat site and where there are hills they are gently sloping. We do have disabled toilets.
